Join Marissa for a Crochet Club meet! Reserve your seat at the oversized farm table in the Artisans Coffee Shop's conference room. Bring your own hook(s), yarn and whatever you want to work on. Hang out with other fellow crocheters, with the perk of having me on hand if you need help.
****And for this meet-up, I will be ready to demonstrate the waffle stitch for those that are interested!!****
This 2-hour session will be located at the Artisan Coffee Shop @ 662 Canton Rd, Akron 44312 (Ellet area) and will take place on Saturday, May 10 (1-3pm). This is an individual club meet, and this session listing has a sale price of $10 fee to reserve your seat.
Session will take place in their private conference room and there will only be 6 spots available.
This class is not a First Learn to Crochet Class. So if you are a true newbie, this is not the class for you.
Class sizes are limited so students must register and pay prior to the class at lelefox.com to reserve a spot.

Cost: $20, in-person, 2-hour lesson
This course provides an introduction to the fundamental principles of crochet, teaching students how to create a slip knot, foundation chain, single & double crochet stitches, as well as counting of stitches & finishing techniques.
*Although the course focuses on developing skills rather than completing a particular project, students will gain essential beginner knowledge. Most students opt to make a simple swatch or even finish a washcloth during this class.
Materials you need (not included):
>>any skein of worsted or aran weight yarn (acrylic works great, you may opt for cotton if you want to try for a washcloth)
>>crochet hook (size needed will be what is suggested for your yarn selection - check your yarn labels)
Extra Materials provided:
>>Crochet Reference Guide (7-page PDF digital file, provided on first day of class)

This clinic is suited for all skill levels, from beginners needing foundational assistance to seasoned crocheters tackling complex designs.
